These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HudHud MCP's services, including our website, applications, and other services (collectively, the "Services") provided by HudHud MCP ("Company," "we," or "us").

We offer a pay-as-you-go pricing model for our Services. You will be charged based on your usage of MCP calls at the rate specified on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time.

By using our Services, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. Fees are billed based on your usage and are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

2.3 Usage Tracking

We track your usage of MCP calls to calculate billing. You can review your usage history through your account dashboard.

2.4 Price Changes

We may change our prices at any time. If we change the pricing for our Services, we will provide notice of the change through email or other reasonable means at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Our Documentation Management tool allows you to generate documentation for your codebase. You retain ownership of your codebase and the documentation generated from it. However, we may collect anonymized usage data to improve our Services.

You are responsible for reviewing all generated documentation for accuracy and completeness before using it in a production environment.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your development purposes. This license does not include the right to:

While we aim to provide uninterrupted Services, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems resulting in service interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Services at any time without notice.

Support for the Services is provided according to your account plan. Support details, including hours of operation and contact methods, are available on our website.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

The Company's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
